TOR is currently implementing a bioinformatic support team to develop a computational research programme and support the needs of the internal research groups. The Bioinformatics group will provide comprehensive and integrated informatics and computational analysis including i) Statistical data mining of biological databases, ii) Statistical analysis and validation of in vitro data with clinical datasets, iii) Analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) datasets.

The bioinformatic support team will be under the academic leadership of TOR members and will be developed concurrently with the cancer biobank (histopathology).
